Machines for the feeding, storing or collection of plastic and glass containers.
Available also a version designed to clean out the inside of stable cylindrical bottles with compressed air (mod. TS200). Bottles are manually placed on the loading surface and conveyed by a rotary table and guides towards the blower wheel. Having entered the blower wheel, the bottles, held in place in the cells, are cleaned by a jet of sterile compressed air. Once the blowing operation is completed, the bottles return to the rotary table and are conveyed to the outfeed guides. The machine is equipped with safety protections and an internal aspirator.

  • Feeding tray for the rotary table: support and tray in stainless steel AISI 304
  • Container feeding: supports, orientation blades in stainless steel AISI 304. Container guide adjustable from 25 to 100 mm in stainless steel AlSl304
  • Protection against work accidents: in anodised aluminium, Plexiglas panels with accesses controlled by safety double-contact micro-switches
